Wall Hangings

Many of the wall pieces are made with material I have painted with textile pigments. Then, I cut it up to piece it into a scene. Some are mixed with commercial fabric, over stitched & textured to get to the finished piece. 

Most of my themes are inspired by nature which I am surrounded by where I live in Deer Isle, Maine. Birds, animals, flowers, vegetables, the ocean, and the colors of the various seasons.
